🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly on a low setting without a beater bar to keep the wool fluffy. Shedding is normal for new wool rugs and will subside over time.

Spills: Blot immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. Do not rub.

Cleaning: Professional rug cleaning is recommended once a year for deep cleaning.

Production Time: Since each rug is handmade to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production.

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days via FedEx/DHL/UPS (Tracking provided).

Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes that may apply.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want you to love your rug!

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days.

Condition: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom Orders: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
