Processing Time: Since our rugs are handcrafted with care, please allow 5-7 days for production and packing.

Delivery: We ship worldwide using express services (FedEx/DHL/UPS). Tracking numbers are provided for every order.

Packing: Rugs are folded and rolled professionally to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Note: Minor creases from shipping will settle within 3-5 days.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges At FLOOR & DECOR RUGS, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not as described or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. The item must be returned in its original condition.
