5. Care Instructions
Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly on a low setting without a beater bar. Shedding is normal for new wool rugs and will subside after a few vacuums.

Spills: Blot immediately with a clean, white cloth. Do not rub.

Deep Clean: Professional rug cleaning is recommended once a year.

Loose Threads: Do not pull loose yarns; clip them carefully with scissors.

Delivery: Shipped via FedEx/DHL Express. Tracking number provided immediately upon dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Condition: Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
