Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be completely thrilled with your FLOOR & DECOR RUG!

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for standard-sized rugs.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exceptions: Because Custom/Personalized sizes are made specifically for your space, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on those specific orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
