Standard Shipping: Your rug will be rolled (never folded) and shipped via FedEx/UPS/DHL.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch.

International Shipping: Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Window: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The rug must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days.

Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any difference in price.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for large area rugs.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom sized or personalized rugs cannot be returned or exchanged.
