Care Instructions
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar (suction only) to prevent shedding and protect the pile.

Shedding is normal for new wool rugs and will diminish over time.

For liquid spills, blot immediately with a clean, un-dyed cloth. Do not rub.

Spot clean with mild soap and water for small stains.

Professional rug cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning.

We highly recommend using a rug pad to prevent slipping and extend the life of your rug.

Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your rug! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom Orders: Due to their nature, custom-sized rugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
