Processing Time: Hand-tufting takes time. Please allow 5-7 DAYS for your rug to be crafted and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): For your convenience, all international orders are shipped DDP. This means Floor & Decor Rugs covers all customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees upfront. You will not face any hidden charges or surprise bills upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is the final price.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns: We gladly accept returns if you are not fully satisfied. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different sizes or designs.

Condition: The rug must be returned in its original, unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom Orders: Please note that customized sizes or specially personalized rugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
