🧼 Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your artisanal rug:

Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly (1-2 times a week) using a suction-only setting. Do not use a beater bar or rotating brush, as this can pull the tufted fibers.

Shedding: Slight shedding is completely normal for new wool rugs and will subside after a few weeks of regular vacuuming.

Spot Cleaning: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. Do not rub. Use a mild wool-safe detergent mixed with cold water if necessary.

Deep Cleaning: Professional rug cleaning is recommended every 1-2 years.

Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions: The item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Note: Custom-sized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Size Tolerance: Because this is a handmade item, please allow for a slight size variation of up to 1-2 inches.

Creases: Rugs larger than 8x10 feet may be folded for shipping. Any creases will naturally flatten out within a few days of laying the rug flat.
