​Rug Pad: We highly recommend using a rug pad to prevent slipping, protect your floors, and extend the life of your rug.

​Shedding: As with all premium new wool rugs, initial shedding is completely normal and will subside over time with regular vacuuming.

​Packaging: Your rug may have temporary creases upon unpacking. Lay it flat, and they will naturally relax within a few days.
