Note for Buyer: Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, slight variations in color and size (up to 1-2 inches) may occur. Initial shedding is completely normal for new wool rugs and will subside with regular vacuuming.

Returns & Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges on standard-sized orders. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
